I get so excited by all of the possibilities that technology offers, especially for people who may feel at a disadvantage because of their health, background, or age. I had the chance to talk about that at an online summit where I was interviewed and wanted to share part of it with you. And this is the quote from Steve Ballmer: "The number one benefit of information technology is that it empowers people to do what they want to do. It lets people be creative. It lets people be productive. It lets people learn things they didn't think they could learn before, and so in a sense it is all about potential."
